Phase 1: Listen
Every project starts with your space. We visit on-site (or conduct a virtual assessment), study the architecture, the lighting, the way sound behaves. We measure reverberation times and identify acoustic challenges before we sketch a single line.
Phase 2: Concept
Our designers explore multiple directions — hand sketches, parametric algorithms, form studies. We don’t commit to the first solution. We generate options, test them acoustically, and present the strongest concepts with 3D visualizations.
Phase 3: Develop
The chosen concept is refined into production-ready design. We select materials, test prototypes, finalize geometries, and prepare comprehensive installation method statements. You see and approve everything before fabrication begins.
Phase 4: Fabricate
Every panel is manufactured in our Dubai studio using precision CNC equipment. High-density recycled PET felt is cut, formed, and assembled by hand. Each piece is quality-checked against the design specifications.
Phase 5: Install
Our in-house installation team handles everything — no subcontractors. We arrive with panels, hardware, method statements, and a plan. Complex geometric ceiling clouds and baffle systems are aligned with surgical precision. We leave your space transformed.
